between Ronchi and Forte dei Marmi

The Versilia coast enjoys an especially pleasant Mediterranean climate. The mild winters and warm springs clear the way for sizzling summer months, but the cool winds coming off the water provide welcome relief from the heat. In contrast to the Tuscan countryside, the coastline is dotted with pines, palms, and reeds that color the landscape green all year round.

Looking inland from the sparkling blue waters, the picturesque Apuan Alps rise in the distance, providing a perfect backdrop for Villa Fiorisella. This section of the Apennine Mountains is the source of the legendary Carrara white marble, quarries providing the raw material for world-renowned sculptures and facades since Ancient Rome.
